Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this store, operated by RAGE Padel Club. By placing an order you accept them.

1. General conditions

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

2. Products and our ratings

Specifications on each product page come from the manufacturer. Weights are the manufacturer's stated figures and carry their own tolerance, normally plus or minus 10 g — a frame that arrives a few grams off its stated weight is not a defect.

The score out of ten on our product pages is our own assessment. It is not a manufacturer rating and not a customer rating. The method is set out on our How we rate rackets page. It is an opinion offered to help you choose, and nothing more.

Colors vary between screens. A shade that looks different in person is not a defect, though it is covered by our 30-day return policy like anything else.

3. Pricing and payments

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other fees.

Payments are processed by Western Bid. If a charge on your bank or card statement is not immediately recognisable, email us before contacting your bank — we can identify it in minutes.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

4. Order processing and shipping

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the order appears fraudulent, or if billing and shipping details do not match. You are refunded in full when we do. Our shipping policy forms part of these terms.

5. Returns and refunds

Covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Order cancellation

Free within 24 hours of ordering, or before the parcel is handed to the carrier, whichever comes first. After that it is handled as a return.

7. Warranty

Beyond our 30-day return period, and beyond the rights the law gives you as a consumer — which nothing here removes — we do not offer a warranty of our own. Any manufacturer warranty is a matter between you and the manufacturer.

8. Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep this site accurate, but it may occasionally contain an error or an out-of-date figure. Where a product page states that an item does not meet International Padel Federation dimensions, that statement is part of the description.

9. Limitation of liability

Padel is a physical sport played with a hard frame. We are responsible for goods being as described and free of manufacturing defects. We are not responsible for injury arising from playing the sport, from using equipment beyond its intended purpose, or from wear that follows normal use.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Intellectual property

The text, layout and rating system on this site are ours. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the products we sell.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

12. Disclaimer

This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see "WESTERN BID" listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.
