How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery inside the United States then takes 7 to 15 business days depending on where you are.
You get a tracking number the moment the parcel is scanned, and we watch it from dispatch to your door - if it stalls, you will hear from us before you have to ask.
How much is shipping?
Free anywhere in the United States on orders over $150, which covers every racket in the shop. Below $150 it is a flat $15, shown at checkout before you pay.
We ship to all 50 states except Alaska and Hawaii, which we cannot serve yet.
I picked the wrong racket. Can I send it back?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, no questions asked. The racket needs to be unused and in its original packaging - a frame that has been on court cannot go back on the shelf.
Email support@ragepadelclub.com with your order number. In most cases you will not need to ship anything back, and where you do we send you the right address first.
Which racket should I buy?
Tell us three things and we will tell you: how long you have played, whether you win points from the net or from the back, and whether your arm has ever complained.
If you would rather work it out yourself, start with the shape. Round forgives the most, diamond hits the hardest, teardrop sits in between and suits most people. There is a longer version in this article.
Are these rackets genuine?
Every racket we list is the manufacturer's own product in its original packaging. We do not sell replicas, unbranded frames or factory seconds.
If a racket reaches you and anything about it looks wrong, send us a photo. We will take it back and refund you in full, return shipping included, and we will not argue about it.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph it - the frame and the box - and email the photos to support@ragepadelclub.com within 7 days of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full, your choice, and you do not pay to send anything back.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We launched in the US so we could do one market properly instead of four badly. If you are somewhere else and want a racket, write to us anyway - we are keeping a list.
Where does the score out of ten come from?
It is the plain average of five ratings - power, control, ball outlet, manageability and sweet spot - read off the manufacturer's published specification: head shape, stated weight, core grade and face material. Stiffness is deliberately not one of them, because a harder frame is not a better one.
