Privacy policy

This policy explains what RAGE Padel Club collects when you use this store, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can do about it. Last updated August 2026.

1. Information we collect

When you visit the site, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, time zone, and the pages you view.

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your full name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and what you bought. Payment details are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

We also keep the contents of your messages to us, your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, and any review you choose to publish.

2. How we use your information

To process, ship and support your order. To screen orders for fraud. To email you about your order, and — only if you asked for it — about new products. To understand, in aggregate, which pages are worth keeping.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers below, and only with what each one needs to do its job.

Shopify — runs this store and hosts order data.
Western Bid — processes payments and receives your billing details directly.
DSers and our fulfillment partners — receive your name, shipping address and phone number so your order can be packed and shipped. Some of these partners are located outside the United States, including in China, which means your delivery details are transferred internationally to countries whose privacy laws differ from US law. They never receive your payment details.
Klaviyo — sends our newsletter and order follow-ups.
Judge.me — collects and publishes product reviews. The name you enter is published with your review.
Google Analytics — reports, in aggregate, which pages are read.
Law enforcement — only in response to a lawful request.

4. Cookies and tracking

Some cookies are necessary for the store to work at all — your cart depends on them. Others are analytics cookies that tell us which pages people read. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart stops working if you block the necessary ones.

5. Marketing email

We only send marketing email if you asked for it, and every one carries a working unsubscribe link. Order and shipping emails are not marketing and are sent for every order.

6. Data retention

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and to opt out of the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money, but our use of analytics and advertising tools may count as sharing under California law. You can opt out through the Your Privacy Choices page or by emailing us. We will not treat you differently for asking.
